Den Trainingsplan habe ich von http://www.runnersworld.de/trainingsplaene , ich habe das ganze nur noch schön in eine Tabellenkalkulation gepresst um es einfach ausdrucken zu können. Bei Runnersworld haben die auf jeden Fall für jeden Typ und jedes Ziel den passenden Plan, einfach mal reinschauen und ausprobieren :-)
