A Spreadsheet for my workout plan

Imagine this:
You have a nice workout plan. Perhaps even your studio has given it to you. Everything is organized, you can add your weights, repetitions and the date you had your workout.
This is written on a pice of paper you have to carry in your pocket. It gets sweaty, you have to fumble it out of your pocket, you have to carry a pen with you to fill in all the detail. Some people carry a small book and they write everything into that.

Now let me ask you a question. Do you carry around an iPhone? I do.
And now I will have my workout plan right on my iPhone. I just created a Google Spreadsheet and can edit and enter all the information I want, right into my workout plan. I thought about creating a small website with forms and everything to put my information there. But this is so much more convenient.
